We coordinate with security researchers under a standard 48-hour acknowledgement and 90-day remediation window. We don't currently run a paid bug bounty program but are happy to publicly credit valid reports in our security page.
SOC 2 Type I controls are in place; Type II audit is scheduled for H2 of this year. Customers on the Scale plan receive the report under NDA on request.
